Welcome and thank you for visiting us!
Transformation Academy of the Arts (TAA) is one of the newest Christian private schools in Orlando and we are excited to share our knowledge with Orlando's young people. We offer an exciting learning experience to students from 1st through 8th grade. We pride ourselves on small class sizes, passionate teachers, academic expertise, and strong spiritual values.
Our website will give you a brief understanding of who we are and what we aspire to produce as you entrust us with your children. We urge you to contact us if you would like to receive more information about our school.
Vision
Our vision at Transformation Academy of the Arts is to transform lives through purpose. Purpose is not WHAT we do, but WHY we do what we do. We strive to inspire learning, engage passion, and empower transformation through high academic standards and professional-level arts experiences, and the word of God.
Romans 12:2 Do not conform yourselves to the standards of this world, but let God transform you inwardly by a complete change of your mind. Then you will be able to know the will of God-what is good and is pleasing to Him and is perfect. (Good News Translation)
Curriculum
At Transformation Academy of the Arts, we use the Ignitia from the Enlightium Academy. With parental support, excellent instruction, and a personalized approach to learning Enlightium equips students with the academic, spiritual, physical, social, and emotional skills they need to succeed in life. In addition to this curriculum, we offer instruction in music and drama, including instrumental, vocal and acting skills. Students are asked to choose between music or acting or both as their specialization.
Drama-Instruction includes learning acting skills, perform on stage, techniques to memorize script, some singing/dancing included.
Music-Students receive instruction in singing or playing of instruments. All students are taught to read music.
